Return & Refund Policy (English)
Return window: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
Item condition: Items must be new and unused, sealed in their original unopened packaging, with any tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
How to return: Returns are accepted by mail only. Email cs@tcg-korea.com to request a return. Once approved we will send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Return shipping cost: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Orders ship internationally from South Korea, so the buyer arranges and pays for return shipping on change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: We pay the return shipping. Inspect your order on arrival and contact cs@tcg-korea.com immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.
Restocking fee: None. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you are refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period: If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

반품이 승인되면 반품 배송 라벨과 함께 배송 방법 및 장소를 안내해 드립니다. 반품 요청 없이 반송된 상품은 접수되지 않습니다.

손상 및 문제점
주문을 받으면 즉시 검사하고, 품목에 결함이 있거나 손상되었거나 잘못된 품목을 받은 경우 즉시 당사에 연락해 주십시오. 그러면 문제를 평가하고 해결해 드리겠습니다.
반품 불가 품목:
부패하기 쉬운 상품(식품, 꽃, 식물 등), 맞춤 제작 상품(특별 주문 또는 개인 맞춤 상품), 개인 관리 용품(미용 제품 등) 등 특정 유형의 상품은 반품이 불가능합니다. 위험 물질, 인화성 액체 또는 가스에 대한 반품도 받지 않습니다. 특정 상품에 대해 궁금한 점이 있으시면 언제든지 문의해 주세요.
단, 세일 상품이나 기프트 카드는 반품이 불가능합니다.
교환
원하는 상품을 확실히 받을 수 있는 가장 빠른 방법은 가지고 있는 상품을 반품하고, 반품이 승인되면 새 상품을 별도로 구매하는 것입니다.
유럽 연합 14일 쿨링오프 기간
위 내용에도 불구하고, 상품이 유럽 연합으로 배송되는 경우, 어떠한 이유로든 정당한 사유 없이 14일 이내에 주문을 취소하거나 반품할 권리가 있습니다. 위와 같이, 상품은 수령 당시와 동일한 상태여야 하며, 착용 또는 사용하지 않은 상태여야 하고, 태그가 부착되어 있으며, 원래 포장 상태여야 합니다. 또한 영수증 또는 구매 증빙 자료가 필요합니다.
환불 반품
상품 수령 및 검토 후 환불 승인 여부를 알려드리겠습니다. 승인될 경우, 10영업일 이내에 기존 결제 수단으로 자동 환불됩니다. 은행 또는 신용카드 회사에서 환불을 처리하고 발송하는 데 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다. 반품 승인
